Are you an organised, proactive, and customer-focused individual with a passion for property management? Cousins Estate Agents, a trusted name in the property industry with over 30 years of experience, is looking for a dedicated Property Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team.

The Role

As our Property Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our properties are well-maintained and our clients are kept informed and satisfied. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Regular Property Inspections: Conducting thorough property inspections and providing detailed reports to landlords.
  2. Reactive Maintenance: Acting as the main point of contact for tenants, landlords, and maintenance contractors to coordinate repairs and resolve issues promptly.
  3. Administrative Duties: Assisting with reception tasks, arranging property viewings, and supporting the office team in a fast-paced environment.

This is a varied and hands-on role that requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Hours of Work

  • Monday to Friday: 9am–5pm
  • Saturdays: Closed
  • Alternate Sundays: Part-day (flexible)

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high standards.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel between properties will be required).
