Cousins offer a range of services all competitively priced and tailored to your needs. Initial advice is free. For a free no obligation consultation contact us now.

One Month’s Rent (inclusive of VAT) payable for each letting to a tenant introduced by Cousins Estate Agents. Payable on commencement of a tenancy and deducted from the rent collected at the commencement of a tenancy.

Letting Fee of half a month’s rent (inclusive of VAT) and Management Fee of 10% (inclusive of VAT) of the rent, deducted from the rent as received.

  • Inventory preparation fee: £75.00 (inclusive of VAT)
  • Gas Safety Certificate: £75.00 (inclusive of VAT)
  • Tenancy Renewal fee: £75.00 (inclusive of VAT)
