Our Team

The firms director and driving force is a Fellow of ARLA and has been involved in all aspects of the UK property market since 2001. With a specialist interest in investment and commercial property Aron is finely tuned to the needs of the astute investor, and is able to lend a guiding hand to both the landlord and seller. In his spare time he enjoys walking in the country with his family.

Sarah has overall responsibilty for the Sales & Lettings departments. She also directs the management side of the business and corresponds with tenants and contractors to ensure maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Sarah maintains an excellent rapport with all our landlords and provides a crucial point of contact to guide our clients through the ever increasing burden of landlord legislation. In her spare time she enjoys horse riding, socializing and time spent with her family.

Jacqui ensures smooth and efficient lettings, expertly bridging the gap between landlords and tenants while maintaining our properties to the highest standards. With years of experience, she guarantees compliance with all legal and expected norms, giving landlords peace of mind. 

Kristina, part of the Cousins property management team, conducts regular inspections to ensure all properties are in top shape. With many years of property experience, she is also adept at handling and liaising maintenance issues. She's always available to address tenant questions and concerns with a smile. In her free time, Kristina loves socializing with friends and family and walking her dogs. 

Georgina oversees the sales process, liaising with vendors & buyers to coax the sales over the finish line.   In her spare time, she enjoys socializing, cooking and swimming.  

Natalie plays a crucial role in the property sales process, ensuring smooth transactions from offer acceptance to completion. She acts as a central point of contact, liaising between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other estate agents to streamline the process and minimize potential fall-throughs.

Toli is a valued member of the team and deals with finance and billing. In his spare time he enjoys cooking and playing table tennis with his kids.
